PODCASTS

Podcasting is the latest in on-the-go, on-demand technology. Podcasting is a way of using your computer to automatically download audio shows to your computer, iPod, or other player, so that you've always got something new to listen to. It's an exciting alternative to radio, because you choose what shows you want to listen to, and when and where you want to hear them.

Getting started with podcasting (PodCast) is easy. All you need is a computer with an Internet link. You can also listen to podcast's right on your computer or listen to go with a mobile media player like an iPod.

Subscribe to Northminster's Sermon Cast News Feed through your iPod or favorite RSS feeder.

  • WHY DO I WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR PODCAST?

By subscribing to the Northminster podcast your software will automatically be notified when a new sermon is added at our site like subscribing to your favorite magazine - or Tivo-ing your favorite TV show.
  • DO I NEED AN IPOD TO RECEIVE PODCASTS?

No, you do not need an iPod to listen to podcasts. Podcasts are merely RSS feeds that include an audio file in the enclosure field and can be played on any MP3 compatible player or computer with an audio device. You can play the audio by simply clicking on the enclosure in our Message Archive or you can download iTunes free and easily automate the process.
Go to Northminster's Message Archive to download sermon study guides while you listen to sermons.
