Alpha Middle School Ministries is for all 7th and 8th grade students who are interested in exploring who Jesus Christ is and experiencing the love that he offers us through the cross. We place a strong emphasis on small groups which meet on a weekly basis in order to develop strong relationships with peers and with our adult small group leaders. Our Alpha Middle School Ministries Program includes Wednesday Night Youth Group, 2nd Sunday Worship Services, Sunday School and 8th Grade Confirmation Class. If you are interested in joining us as we seek to experience the love of Christ we invite to come and join us on Wednesday Nights beginning September 16. 5:00-6:00 Games and Fellowship
6:00-6:30 Dinner (Cost $3)
6:30-7:30 Experiential Lesson & Small Groups

2010 Summer Youth Group Study: Doubt

Beginning in June we are going to take the summer to explore the questions of doubt that you have. Each week we will meet together and ask tough questions about faith, about Scripture and about God. The purpose of our times together will be to openly and honestly discuss tough questions in a safe     environment. Although we may not be able to find an answer to every question asked, we hope to grow together as we discuss different doubts that each other share.

We will discuss questions like: “Does hell really exist?” “How could a loving God allow suffering in this world?” “With all of the sin I have committed in my life, can God really love me?” or “Where is God?” If you have any doubts, questions, or suggestions  or topics that you want to explore send your ideas to Joel.

2nd Sunday Worship

The 2nd Sunday of every month you are invited to join us for 2nd Sunday Worship with the Omegas! The night will begin with games at 5PM. Then at 6:00 we'll break for dinner (cost $3), and then meet in the Trinity Room for a time of worship led by our very own youth praise band "Driven." Join us the 2nd Sunday of every month for a time of worship and celebration!

8th Grade Confirmation Class

Confirmation is a year long class that meets during the Sunday school hour. The class is offered to all of our 8th grade students who want to become members of the church. We meet every Sunday morning from 9:45-10:45 to learn what it means to be a Christian and live out our faith on a daily basis.
