In Luke 14:13-14a, 23b Jesus instructs us, “But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Make them come in, so that my house will be full.” What better reason could there be for having a special needs ministry than a direct instruction from our Lord and Savior?
This ministry provides opportunities for young adults with special needs to come to know Jesus, serve our community, and have a safe environment to form friendships with their peers, leaders and church family. Angel’s Arms creatively supports families with individuals with special needs so that they may participate fully in worship services.
