Working in concert with their families, we reach out to the children in our congregation, and our community to build a spiritual foundation for a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Nursery Care is available for infants through three years of age.
Busy Bags and Sacred Tables (tables in the back of the sanctuary with coloring sheets) are available for children & their families who want to stay together during worship.
Kids Time With Jesus is available for PreK and grade school kids. They go with a Kids Leader before the sermon to learn about Jesus.
When you arrive at church on Sunday morning and if you have children who are infants to 5th grade, please enter the double-glass doors to the lobby of the church. Look to the left for the KID ZONE TABLE for Kids Ministry check-in. Each child will receive a name tag. If you have an infant child up to age 3, you may take your little one to the Nursery, Room 312.
Children begin the morning with you in worship for the first 20 minutes. After the Congregational Prayer (about 20 minutes into the service), kids will be invited to go to Kid Zone. If you prefer to keep your children with you in worship, that’s absolutely fine! If your kids would rather participate in Kid Zone, they are welcome to line up just outside the Sanctuary with the Kids Ministry Teacher and head to their classrooms for Bible lessons (the Gospe Project) , games, and songs. Kid Zone runs from 9:20 AM until the end of worship, usually around 10:00 AM.
The Gospel Project for Kids tells a single story—the story of Jesus and His mission to seek out and restore lost people to God. Each book, chapter, and verse of the Bible in both the Old Testament and the New Testament is part of that one overarching gospel narrative. From cover to cover, it’s all about Jesus. He is the thread woven throughout the pages of Scripture that holds it all together.
We are excited to be using The Gospel Project for Kids, because we believe that when a child truly encounters the gospel everything changes. A mind that understands the gospel story and a heart that loves the Author of that story prompt genuine and lasting Christ-centered transformation. It is the gospel—and only the gospel—that encourages and empowers a child to live out the mission to which God has called him, both in his neighborhood and to the uttermost parts of the world.
