Haydan has been working with children of all ages since 2018 and she is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education. Haydan joined NLC as an associate teacher in full-day Discovery Preschool in 2025. She loves working with the kids during the school year, as well as in summer camp, and the before/aftercare programs. Haydan and her husband James moved to Peoria in 2024 from Texas, where she was an early childhood teacher and nanny. Haydan's favorite hobbies are going to a coffee shop to read, and finding concerts and places to explore.
