Director of Operations

The Director of Operations (DOO) is responsible for overseeing Church finances, facilities and grounds, technology, communications, and general office management. Additionally, the DOO oversees the Hosting team,  Head Usher, and the Sports Ministries. The DOO serves in alignment with Northminster’s IN, UP and OUT strategy for representing the love of Christ. Northminster Learning Center - Lunch Support Staff
Lunch Support Staff assist with serving lunch to our full-day preschool students and helps get them settled for rest time while teachers have their lunch and planning period. This position is part-time (~10 hours/week, 2 hours/day M-F). High school diploma is required.

Northminster Learning Center - Substitute Classroom Teacher
This position is part-time, as needed in our classrooms (8:00am-3:00pm M-F, half-day or full-day). High school diploma is required, educating coursework and experience preferred.

Summer Camp Teaching Staff

After School Program Teaching Staff

Do you enjoy working with kids? Are you a college student pursuing a degree in education? Are you looking for an afternoon job a couple of days a week? We are seeking After School Program staff to provide engaging activities to our school aged students in the after school program! We would love to expand our team at Northminster! High school diploma required, experience preferred! You will be working with another after care teacher to plan and implement fun and engaging activities for kids.
